Lead the conceptual and operational upgrading of the ZEISS Online Shop, focusing on advancing the platform's digital architecture, scalability, personalization, and premium user experience. * Align online and offline commerce to design seamless omnichannel customer journeys that connect ZEISS's retail partners, digital services, and physical touchpoints. * Scout and pilot new digital retail capabilities, such as virtual try-on, prescription integration, and self-refraction interfaces, in partnership with ZEISS innovation teams to drive innovation leadership. * Deep understanding of digital commerce technology stacks, their integration points (CMS, PIM, CRM, analytics), and customer data flows * Broad knowledge of digital performance levers — acquisition, retention, SEO/SEM, CRM, and A/B testing * Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills; capable of influencing at multiple levels
