Reporting to the and as a member of the Executive Team, this role acts as a key counterpart to the CEO and Executive leaders across business units and will help shape the future of our operating and cultural model across 9 legal entities spread across Czech Republic, France, Germany, Italy and UK. * Equip the EMEA company organisation to succeed in the future, help anticipate future skills and workforce transition, drive organisational development, change management, and capability building as digitalisation and automation progress. * Strengthen HR capabilities, introduce innovation in organisational development, workforce planning, and leadership development. * Credible executive presence: ability to influence at CEO/Executive level and engage operational teams.
