Performing of ongoing data & cost effect analysis on short- and long-term incentives as well as development proposals. * Coordinating with HR colleagues in different countries regarding compensation review process, data validation, process improvement, off-cycle requests, etc. * Management of benefit programs such as health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other where necessary. * University degree in economics or HR management and/or 5+ years of professional experience in compensation, HR or finance/controlling * Knowledge of retirement plan management and pension schemes
