                          Zur weiteren Verstärkung unseres Teams im Bereich Human Resources suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Change Manager* * Du begleitest Projektleiter und Führungskräfte bei ihren strategischen Veränderungs- / Transformationsprozessen mit deiner Change-Kompetenz: Von der Analyse über die kontinuierliche Entwicklung der Change-Architektur bis zur Umsetzung der Inhalte. * Du bist kompetenter Ansprechpartner für „Change“ und übernimmst individuelle Beratungsprozesse in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem HR-Business-Partner und das auch auf Top-Management- und Geschäftsführer-Ebene. * Du gestaltest aktiv das Themenfeld „Change“ gemeinsam mit deinen HR-Kollegen und bringst dich auch in benachbarte Themenfelder wie Personalentwicklung mit deinen Impulsen ein. * Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium und eine ergänzende Ausbildung in Organisationsentwicklung / Change Management.
