Degree in Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, Adult Education, or a related field; additional certifications in OD, Change Management, Coaching, or Facilitation are a plus. * Design, continuously improve, and personally deliver impactful leadership formats (workshops, team sessions, offsites, and trainings) that strengthen collaboration, accountability, and performance across Europe, both in-person and virtually, with a strong focus on practical business relevance * Identify leadership capability gaps and translate them into targeted development initiatives * Support organizational development initiatives with a clear emphasis on capability building rather than theoretical change models * Partner closely with HR People Partners and business leaders to ensure leadership and training initiatives are aligned with European growth priorities
