In this role, you will be responsible for driving strategic growth within the Aerospace & Defense industry across the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland), with a strong focus on direct sales to key accounts. * Develop multi-year account strategies together with internal stakeholders and execute them with precision across the full sales cycle – from opportunity identification to deal closure * Monitor and manage pipeline health, sales forecasting, and account planning activities with a strong sense of ownership and accountability * Proven success managing large enterprise accounts, preferably within Aerospace & Defense or similarly complex industries
