Job titles for ‘Select’ job ads

Our ‘Select’ and ‘Select Plus’ job ads are special offers for specific job titles. See if your job title qualifies.

The following guideline are applicable when selecting a JD from Select / Select Plus:

• No leadership positions (e.g. Lead, MD, Master, Director, Head of etc.)
• The JDs need to follow this terminology: JD titel first followed by specifics
• Regional specifics (e.g. “carer for the elderly in carehomes in Dusseldorf”) and/or profil specifics in line with the cluster are allowed
• For extensions to JDs with another JD these rules apply:
• The job titles “temp”, “mini-job”, “helper” may be supplemented by titles outside and inside the job title list. These titles need to be supplemented by some additional information, e.g. “temp” alone in a title is not permitted
• All other job titles may only be supplemented by titles within the job title list:
  • Allowed: “teacher, nursery staff”
  • Not allowed: “electrician as mechatronics engineer”
• Select Titles may also be posted as a Select Plus listing
