To support our continued growth in Northern and Central Europe (NCE), we are looking for an HSEQ Manager NCE who will take ownership of the regional HSEQ agenda and drive safety performance across our operations. As HSEQ Manager NCE, you will be a key member of the regional management team, responsible for driving HSEQ strategy, performance, and culture across NCE. * Act as a key member of the NCE management team, providing expert guidance on all HSEQ-related matters across the region * Lead and develop the regional HSEQ team, strengthening capabilities and ensuring effective support to operational activities * Drive the implementation of global and regional HSEQ strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and continuous performance improvement * Monitor and improve HSEQ performance by analyzing key indicators and translating insights into actionable improvements
