Freaks 4U Gaming is looking for motivated and creative apprentices for the role as Trainee Kaufmann/-frau für Marketingkommunikation (all gender). If you're passionate about media, advertising, and digital communication – and love gaming and esports – this is the perfect opportunity to launch your career. During your apprenticeship, you’ll gain hands-on experience in agency projects, campaign development, and brand communication. The apprenticeship takes place at our headquarters in Berlin-Spandau.

Freaks 4U Gaming is an international esports and gaming agency with around 100 employees and offices in Berlin, Cologne, Serbia, the USA, and Taiwan. As a full-service provider, we deliver tailored solutions in strategic consulting, community management, campaign development, and tournament organization. Our in-house content productions set industry standards – with over 5,000 m² of studio space, state-of-the-art technology, and an experienced team, we create high-end live productions and compelling content for global audiences. Your responsibilities:

  • You will support the planning, execution, and evaluation of marketing and communication campaigns
  • You will learn how advertising campaigns are created – from idea and concept to implementation
  • You will assist in developing and presenting pitches, learning how to prepare convincing concepts for clients
  • You will collaborate with departments such as Social Media, Design, Video, Events, and Project Management
  • You will help create presentations, briefings, proposals, and reports
  • You will gain insight into client communication, campaign management, and brand building within the gaming and esports industry

Your profile

  • Solid secondary school diploma (minimum required: intermediate school leaving certificate)
  • Creative mindset and a strong interest in media, marketing, and communication
  • Good organizational skills, team spirit, and an independent working style
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Strong communication skills in both German and English
  • Passion for digital media, gaming, and esports is a plus
