What you can expect:

Build exceptional on-platform solutions: Design, implement, and maintain high-quality Salesforce solutions using LWC, Aura, Apex, and Flows.
Lead Apex by excellence: Apply strong OOP, clean architecture, testability, and performance in mind.
Secure by design: Implement robust security and sharing solutions aligned with Salesforce’s security model (profiles, permission sets, role hierarchy, sharing rules, manual sharing, field-level security).
Integrate with confidence: Connect Salesforce via REST/SOAP, platform events, and connectors with resilient, secure patterns and error handling.
Optimize for scale: Improve solutions within Salesforce governor limits, apply best practices in bulkification, caching, and transaction management.
Raise the bar: Champion platform standards, coding conventions, code reviews, and clear design guidelines.
Partner across Value Streams: Collaborate with Product, Data, and Operations to turn business needs into scalable technical designs.
Test for trust: Deliver high-quality unit and integration tests with strong, meaningful coverage.
Make it reliable: Improve platform reliability, observability, and maintainability—driving documentation and knowledge sharing.

Your profile

Experienced Salesforce professional: You bring 5+ years of hands-on development in enterprise environments and deliver measurable impact.
Technical decision-maker: Advanced in Flows and strong in Apex/OOP, selecting the right approach (Flow vs. Apex vs. Configuration) for scalable, maintainable solutions.
Modern tech mindset: You have proven experience with LWC and Apex, deep understanding of component lifecycle, reactivity, and performance.
Security by default: You have solid understanding of Salesforce security and sharing model and are able to design for least privilege and compliance.
Integration-ready: You connect Salesforce to external systems via REST/SOAP, OAuth, and named/external credentials reliably.
Built for scale: You respect governor limits and apply best practices in bulkification, transactions, async, and error handling.
Delivery with discipline: You work fluently with Git (branching, PRs, conflict resolution); CI/CD for Salesforce is a plus.
Clear and collaborative communicator: You work effectively across teams, communicate in English; German skills are a plus.
Bonus skills: Salesforce certifications (PD I/II), experience with Managed Packages, Platform Events, and Data Loader/ETL.
