Introduction
BOTfriends is a fast-growing 20-employee SaaS company in partnership with Google. Over the past two years, the founders have laid the foundations for a high-performance voice and chatbot platform that is ahead of many other solutions. During this time, we have acquired customers such as ROLLER, TUI Cruises, s.Oliver, Stadtwerke München, WallArt and many more. With a growth rate of over 80% per year, we are facing an exciting future. In order to meet the increasing demand and continue our success story, we are looking for a dedicated project manager to take the lead in implementing projects with our new customers.
What the job looks like
As a project manager, you are the driver behind the realization of smart, AI-based chat and voicebots as well as automation solutions on our BOTfriends X platform. With your flair for innovation and efficiency, you model exciting and diverse projects that are precisely tailored to the needs of our customers and work with them to lead them to a successful go-live.
In this key role, you will not only have the opportunity to significantly influence the digital strategies of our customers, but also to actively shape the growth and further development of our company. - You will manage successful AI chat and voicebot projects with well-known customers on our platform BOTfriends X.
- You are responsible for the presentation of project results to the customer and ensure that the timeline is adhered to within the available resources
- You conduct requirements workshops and define the optimal user journey
- You create the conversational design and ensure that our solutions benefit from a positive UX.
- You advise our customers on their AI strategy and the automation of processes using AI
- You will advise our customers specifically on the development of their AI strategy and support them in automating processes through the use of AI.
- You will champion customers' suggestions for improving our platform and contribute your input to product development.
Must Haves
- You have at least 3 years of experience in project management in SaaS companies.
- You are enthusiastic about AI technologies such as voice and chatbots as well as prompt design and have a deep technical understanding.
- You are characterized by your strong customer and service orientation.

Department: Solutions, Reported directly to COO
