This position is based in Berlin, Germany.

We are seeking a Field & Partner Marketing Executive- German Speaker to join our dynamic

partners and

Marketing & Communication team. Reporting to the Global Marketing Director – Campaigns and working closely with the Senior Field & Partner Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the operational delivery of field events, webinars, and partner marketing activities across Europe.

You will play a key role in driving awareness, lead generation, and pipeline acceleration through high-quality marketing programs and close collaboration teams.

Key Responsibilities

Field Marketing Execution

Plan, organize and manage events and webinars (registrations, logistics, speaker coordination, budget management, follow-up) aligned with global and regional priorities.
Ensure brand consistency and messaging alignment across all touchpoints (presentations, booths, collateral, digital assets).
Negotiate and manage relationships with suppliers, venues, and external agencies to deliver cost-effective and impactful events.
Monitor attendee engagement and ensure high-quality experiences before, during, and after events.

Partner Marketing Support

Execute joint go-to-market campaigns with partners, including co-branded events, webinars, and digital campaigns (emails, landing pages, paid promotion, social amplification).
Manage the co-marketing process end-to-end: from planning and content coordination to asset delivery and performance tracking.
Ensure partners have access to the right messaging, collateral, and enablement resources to maximize their impact.
Track, analyze, and report on partner campaign KPIs to ensure ROI and continuous improvement.

Cross-functional Collaboration

Work hand-in-hand with the Senior Field & Partner Marketing Manager
Liaise with campaign managers, Product & Content marketing team, and sales for consistency
Collaborate closely with the sales team to align on target accounts, pipeline acceleration initiatives, and timely follow-up on leads.
Act as a point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding partner and field marketing activities

Data & Reporting

Ensure accurate and timely data entry in CRM and marketing automation tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
Consolidate results for events

Preferred Experience

Experience & Skills

3-5 years of experience in marketing execution (events, partner marketing, or demand generation)
Hands-on experience with B2B events and/or partner co-marketing IN Saas environnement
Strong organizational skills, able juggle multiple
Good knowledge of Salesforce/HubSpot/Zoom webinar or similar tools
English and German speaker is a mandatory
