This is what you'll do

  • Own and optimize medium to large SEA accounts, ensuring profitability, strong margin levels, and healthy account growth
  • Maximize profitability and proactively communicate account performance based on traffic mix, bucket, and keyword quality
  • Plan, execute, and continuously improve SEA campaigns across Google and Microsoft Ads
  • Maintain account hygiene and apply SEA best practices consistently
  • Translate data into actionable insights and contribute to strategic SEA development
  • Share learnings across the team and help build a knowledge-driven culture
  • Identify growth opportunities and flag risks to inform broader business decisions

  • Hands on experience managing and scaling SEA campaigns with a performance-driven mindset
  • Data-driven outlook with strong analytical skills to turn campaign data into actionable insights
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Microsoft Ads platforms, including practical skills with Google Ads Editor and Excel/Google Sheets
  • Excellent communication skills in English and German (C1+)
  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with other teams
  • Open to feedback, self-aware, and eager to grow
  • Creative problem solver with an eye for detail and a hands-on mentality
