Senior Sales & Business Dev. * Lead and scale a team of & sales and collaborate closely with product, engineering, compliance, and executive leadership teams. * Build sales structures, CRM processes, and reporting frameworks from the ground up. * Lead the full sales cycle from first contact to contract signature. * Establish and manage international sales channels, networks, and key accounts. * 5+ years of B2B sales / consulting experience, ideally in Product Cybersecurity, embedded systems, IoT and automotive, or high-tech. * Demonstrated ability to build sales structures and organizations from zero.
