3–5 years of professional experience in performance marketing, eCommerce or brand marketing – with hands-on experience in at least two of the following: campaign planning, marketing, organic social, paid social/search, CRM * Hands-on experience in setting up and running marketing activations – you don't just work at concept level, you execute * Experience with D2C brands or in an e-commerce environment * Hands-on with Shopify, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Airtable * Experience with AI-assisted content creation and localisation
