Proven experience designing and managing multiple recruitment programs simultaneously, including employee referrals, internal talent mobility and recruiter development initiatives. We are looking for a Group Talent Acquisition Programs Specialist to drive the design, execution, and continuous evolution of key recruitment programs across the organization. * Analyze hiring metrics and workflows to identify bottlenecks and design scalable frameworks that drive efficiency and resolve process gaps. * 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Programs, HR Systems (Workday Recruiting), or Talent/People Strategy roles. * Hands-on experience with Workday Recruiting, including process optimization, reporting, or system-related initiatives is good to have for this role. * Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience working across global, matrixed environments.
