As Manager of Integrated Engine Design – Propulsion, you will lead the design of engine structures and piping, oversee structural analysis across propulsion systems, manage hardware budgets, and coordinate with to ensure quality and timely delivery. * Develop the technological roadmap for engine structures and piping hardware and deliver designs on schedule. * Define engine dynamic behaviour and ensure compliance with subsystem requirements through test data analysis. * Lead and coach the Integrated Engine Design team, including recruitment, performance evaluations, and career development. * Make hiring and technology decisions for integrated engine design topics and assist with financial planning and budgeting for hardware, software, and testing. * 4+ years of experience in rocket engine development. * Expertise in cryogenic propulsion systems and complete engine assembly.
