Partner with department managers and HR to tailor training solutions and measure outcomes. The Training Lead is responsible for overseeing the design, development, and delivery of training programs to enhance skills and organizational effectiveness. This role involves collaborating with , managing trainers as well as deploying and leading the trainings. * Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive training programs that support organizational goals, local regulations and directives and process specific knowledge. * Deploy training center for the local plant team and business functions (DOJO concept) as pilot program for the organization * Develop engaging training materials, manuals, and e-learning resources as well as VR material. * Lead workshops, seminars, and virtual training sessions for diverse groups. * Analyze feedback and training metrics to continuously improve program effectiveness.
