As our Senior Revenue Operations Manager (Tools, Automations & AI), you'll own and evolve our commercial systems architecture. Your focus will be building, optimizing, and scaling the tooling and processes that power our Sales, Account Management, and Support teams. * Own and manage our commercial toolstack – Full ownership of HubSpot (advanced admin level) and all connected GTM systems (e.g. Aircall, Clay, Zapier). * Ensure data & process quality – Establish standards for data integrity, eliminate duplicates, proactively monitor workflow errors, and maintain clean data flows across tools. * Support commercial teams operationally – Resolve ad-hoc admin and tooling requests efficiently and continuously improve systems based on feedback.
