As Senior Business Development Manager, you will take ownership of pan-European new business development and act as a trusted to ESI Management and member agencies. * Lead and coordinate cross-country opportunities, RFQs, and international tenders * Define and execute go-to-market strategies together with ESI Management and member agencies * Lead tender strategy, value proposition development, and commercial negotiations * Oversee the preparation of compelling tender presentations, RFI/RFP responses, and pricing models * Use Sales Management and CRM systems to manage pipelines, forecasts, and performance tracking * Strong track record of successfully acquiring new clients and closing complex, multi-country deals * Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills at senior management level * Charismatic, confident, and collaborative personality with strong management skills
