Ensure strong CRM governance by improving data quality, reporting standards, lead and opportunity processes, and driving consistency across teams and markets * Maximize the effectiveness of Salesforce as a revenuedriving platform by optimizing CRM usage, processes, and data quality across Marketing, Sales, Customer Care, and Management teams, with future scalability across Europe * Drive the continuous optimization of our sales methodology and sales playbook, enabling effective GTM execution through improved lead management, pipeline discipline, and end-to-end funnel visibility * Strong hands-on Salesforce expertise, especially in lead management, pipeline tracking, forecasting, reporting, and CRM governance * Experience in marketing, sales enablement, or demand generation environments with a strong understanding of end-to-end funnel and lead-to-revenue processes
