In the role as Global Head of Product Operations, you ensure that the organization efficiently manages quality-related processes, oversees the end-to-end handling of market complaints, claims, and recalls, and act as the central escalation point for these matters while fostering strong organizational relationships and promoting innovative problem-solving. Lead and further develop the Product Operations organization, including responsibility for end-to-end quality-related processes, task allocation, budget planning, and operational excellence initiatives across the organization.
