Our Customer Relationship Management team is looking for a CRM Manager (all genders) with a strong focus on app communication to take ownership of planning, executing, analyzing, and optimizing customer journeys. * Campaign Ownership: You execute ad-hoc and automated Push Notifications, In-App, and Inbox messages and manage the full process from planning, creation to send-out within SAP Emarsys to increase engagement, retention, and Customer Lifetime Value. * Experience: 2+ years professional experience in the conception and operational management of CRM App campaigns via SAP Emarsys, Braze or comparable tools.
