In this role you will design impactful channel strategies, enable partners to succeed and drive sustainable sales growth across key markets. * Mentoring program: Get support from experienced colleagues or become a mentor yourself * Design and continuously enhance the EcoXpert channel program for KNX, creating attractive incentives to drive adoption and sales * Develop and deliver training and resources to enable to effectively sell and support KNX solutions * Build and maintain strong partner relationships, driving engagement, loyalty and channel sales growth * Monitor and analyze channel performance (sales, pipeline, engagement) and implement improvements to optimize results * Experience in developing and delivering channel enablement programs, including training and sales support tools
