• Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in technical sales, business development, or sales engineering, preferably in machine vision, industrial automation, or related high-tech industries. • Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline by leveraging prospecting, cold outreach, and participation in trade shows and industry events. • Sales Cycle Leadership: Manage the end-to-end sales process—from lead generation and opportunity development to quotation, negotiation, order closure, and revenue realization. • Technical Collaboration: Work closely with OPT's technical and engineering teams to design and propose customized, value-driven proposals that address complex customer challenges. • Leverage internal expertise: Actively consult with sales support, marketing, and product teams to integrate competitive intelligence and customer feedback into proposals.
