We are looking for an international, B2B Sales Manager to strengthen our global Sales team. This role combines strategic business development, key account management, and cross-functional collaboration to expand our market presence and strengthen long-term customer partnerships. * Business Development & Growth - o Monitor market trends, consumer preferences, and regulatory developments in the European tobacco & nicotine sector. o Participate in internal and external sensory panels to evaluate both in-house developments and market products - o Contribute to the development of segment strategies, product pipelines, and go-to-market initiatives. * 5+ years of international B2B sales experience, ideally in the flavour, ingredients, or tobacco/nicotine industries. * Strong acquisition skills, negotiation expertise, and proven track record in closing sales.
