Wir suchen Sie in den Bereichen Instandhaltung oder Wohnungsmodernisierung für unseren Technischen Service! * Modernisierungs-und Instandsetzungsarbeiten in unbewohnten und bewohnten Wohnungen * Installation von Bädern und Heizungen * Durchführung von Einzelreparaturen, Wartungen, Versicherungsschäden sowie dem Entstörungsdienst von Thermen und Kesselanlagen * Dokumentation der Aufträge sowie die Bestellung von Materialien * Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im genannten Bereich bzw. vergleichbare Berufserfahrung * Mehrjährige Erfahrung im beschriebenen Aufgabengebiet von Vorteil * Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Tablet-PC (Ipad) wünschenswert * Selbstständiges und eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten als Teamplayer * Führerschein Klasse B - Willkommensprämie – zwei Bruttogehälter extra.
