If you like owning the full marketing stack and seeing your work translate into leads and revenue, this role is for you. * Monitor performance, run A/B tests, and optimize toward pipeline metrics (leads, MQLs, cost per acquisition) * Brief and review content produced by Kevin or external collaborators, ensuring quality and brand consistency * Coordinate marketing logistics for international ophthalmology congresses (ESCRS, DOC, SICSSO, AAO, and others): materials, shipping, booth collateral, lead capture setup * Track and report weekly and monthly performance across channels: traffic, leads, conversion rates, campaign ROI * Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously without losing quality
