Working closely with the Platform Lead, the role manages, optimizes, and tracks performance to deliver seamless, customer-centric experiences. It supports growth by driving digital project rollouts, collaborating with cross-functional and local teams, and acting as the key connector between markets, stakeholders, and technical teams. * Collaborate with Platform Lead, Squad Leads, and to maintain alignment, stability, and continuous improvement * Hands‑on expertise in with managing project content, digital platform operations (websites, apps, content management) , mobile‑first customer experiences and the ability to analyze digital performance metrics. * Experienced in project/program management, incident handling, and ticketing tools (Jira, Wrike)
