Management of benefit programs such as health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other where necessary. * Evaluation and improvement of current reward programs to make sure that those align with diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. * Collaboration with HR colleagues and finance to develop and communicate compensation & benefits policies and programs to employees. * University degree in economics or HR management and/or 5+ years of professional experience in compensation, HR or finance/controlling * Knowledge of diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives as they relate to rewards programs * Proven experience in managing comprehensive benefits programs * Knowledge of retirement plan management and pension schemes
