Identify and build critical retail capabilities (e.g., store operations, training, sales, CRM), including standardized processes/tools, and contribute to the development of new formats and retail training programs with Brand, Training, and Commercial teams. * Partner with Architecture, Marketing, Sales, Digital, Product Management, and external partners to ensure an integrated, on-brand customer experience across channels and in-store. * Academic degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus. * Several years of experience in retail management, preferably in premium or service-centric environments (optical, healthcare, consumer electronics, or comparable). * Proven track record in managing or supporting multi-store operations, implementing retail standards and processes as well as improving store performance through data-driven decisions
