Administer and optimize Salesforce, including custom objects, flows, process automation, reporting, and dashboards. * Deep technical expertise in HubSpot (marketing automation, workflows, lead scoring, reporting) and Salesforce (Sales Cloud, process automation, flows, dashboards). * Experience with system integrations (e.g., HubSpot Salesforce) and process automation tools. This individual will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing processes that enable our marketing, sales, and customer teams to operate efficiently and effectively. * Design, implement, and optimize marketing automation workflows, scoring models, routing workflows, and campaign operations. * Use AI-driven approaches to optimize GTM processes. * Lead cross-functional projects related to system integrations, process improvement, and technology adoption.
