As Product Owner for our Sales & CRM domain, owning the Salesforce Sales Cloud backlog and the end-to-end Subscription to Cash (S2C) process. * Business Analysis & Requirements Engineering: Translate business needs from the Sales & CRM Business Owner and stakeholders into user stories, technical specifications, and process flows. * Process Optimization: Drive the continuous improvement of the Subscription to Cash (S2C) process within Salesforce, identifying and implementing new features and automation to increase sales efficiency and data quality. * Experience and Know-how: 5+ years as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Technical Lead in a Salesforce Sales Cloud environment, with a focus on enterprise-level implementations. Strong, practical understanding of Subscription to Cash business processes, including quoting, order management, billing, and revenue recognition.
