Proposal Management o Coordinate inputs from Sales, Process Engineering, Project Management, Procurement, and external partners to create complete and competitive proposals. o Maintain proposal templates, commercial documentation, and bid management processes. o Review customer contracts, tender conditions, framework agreements, purchase orders, and EPC contracts. o Identify commercial, legal, and contractual risks and coordinate mitigation measures with management and external . o Support the definition and negotiation of: payment terms, performance guarantees, warranty provisions, liquidated damages, limitation of liability, change order procedures, acceptance criteria, insurance requirements, dispute resolution mechanisms. o Prepare contract summaries and risk assessments for management approval. * Commercial Risk Management o Develop and improve proposal, contract, and document management procedures.
