Site Coordination: Managing and coordinating the logistics involved in opening, relocating, or closing a facility, including security systems, access control, furniture, signage, showroom/marketing requirements, telecommunications, and more. Budgeting and Capital Expenditure: Actively participating in the capital expenditure budgeting process and managing purchasing requests for facility needs. Vendor and Contractor Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with local building management and managing third-party contractors/vendors responsible for facility maintenance and operations. Lease and Contract Management: Managing leases and facility agreements, including understanding legal terms and commercial contract structures. Five or more years of experience in facilities management or an equivalent role, including proven experience in managing technical building projects.
