As Customer Experience Partner, you will be the key contact for Gold and Silver customers, ensuring reliable, proactive and high-quality end-to-end service delivery. You will focus on managing customer relationships, driving escalations to resolution, and enabling smooth collaboration across commercial, logistics and customer service teams in a fast-paced, matrix environment.
