Define and drive the global strategy for people development, learning, and engagement in alignment with business and HR objectives. * Design, implement, and continuously improve global learning and people development programs. * Define global standards and governance for learning, organizational development, and engagement. * Translate engagement insights into concrete organizational and leadership development initiatives. * Deploy learning as a central anchor enabling tesa employees to develop, perform, and thrive in a high-performance culture. * Lead and develop a team of people development and engagement experts. * Own the design, governance, and execution of global pulse checks and engagement surveys, including analysis and follow-up actions. * Take global responsibility for the Learning Management System (LMS). * Oversee and develop early career programs (dual studies and apprenticeships).
