As VM Manager Germany, you are responsible for the visual merchandising direction & execution across a region of circa 200 C&A stores. * You will lead, inspire and develop a group of District VM Managers to secure a strong level of execution, consistency and on-going training across the entire area of stores. * During the course of this role, additional projects & workstreams may require VM Manager leadership & support. * Minimum of 7+ years' experience in a Visual Merchandising/Retail manager role with proven track record across performance, people & projects - preferably within fashion or retail and with national/country coverage. * Your role will bring together the areas of Visual Merchandising, Sales & Operations, Store Concept and Product & Marketing - working closely with the , Commercial Planning and Omni-Marketing to ensure seamless and effective implementation to drive targeted KPI's
