Experience improving key retention metrics such as churn, repeat purchase, renewal rate, engagement, customer lifetime value, or cancellation save rate. Strong understanding of UX, user psychology, customer behavior, and subscription dynamics. Strong prioritization skills and ability to balance user needs, business impact, and technical complexity.
