As a Service Desk Technician, you will make an impact on productivity by resolving technical issues efficiently, collaborating and escalating to other IT teams, and thoroughly communicating updates. You will be a valued member of the Service Desk team and work collaboratively across all IT Teams for timely resolutions. * Communication: Facilitate clear and consistent communication within the team, with peers, and management. * Task Management: Ensure that all tickets requiring follow-up work and/or calls receive appropriate attention. * Technical support and Troubleshooting: Resolve problems related to desktop computers, laptops, printers, copiers, scanners, software applications, etc. * Experience supporting applications related to manufacturing, and logistics is preferred.
