Define and execute the long-term e-commerce roadmap for ZEISS Extended Reality, including platform evolution, international scaling, and integration with brand and retail strategies. * Scout and pilot new digital retail capabilities, such as virtual try-on, prescription integration, and self-refraction interfaces, in partnership with ZEISS innovation teams to drive innovation leadership. * Continuously refine the online customer journey by applying a customer-centric mindset using behavioral insights, UX testing, and performance analytics. * Deep understanding of digital commerce technology stacks, their integration points (CMS, PIM, CRM, analytics), and customer data flows * Broad knowledge of digital performance levers — acquisition, retention, SEO/SEM, CRM, and A/B testing
