Develop and execute EMEA go-to-market and sales strategies for direct and channel business, including pipeline building, forecasting, and performance management (CRM, MBR/QBR). * Drive the full direct sales cycle: identify and qualify leads, prepare proposals, conduct technical product demos (e.g., bioreactors, controllers, sensors), negotiate, and close deals. * Develop and grow key accounts through strategic account plans, cross-/upselling initiatives, and close collaboration with Service/After-Sales, while feeding market and customer insights into Product Management and Marketing.
