Design and deliver role-based enablement, onboarding, and training programs, including workshops and coaching sessions, and measure adoption and behavioral impact * Several years of experience in Salesforce, CRM, Revenue Operations (RevOps), Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or Commercial Excellence roles * Experience in marketing, sales enablement, or demand generation environments with a strong understanding of end-to-end funnel and lead-to-revenue processes * Proven ability to design and deliver training, workshops, and enablement programs that drive adoption, capability building, and measurable impact * Experience working cross-functionally across teams, management stakeholders and countries in a businesspartnering role
