Identify and build critical retail capabilities (e.g., store operations, training, sales, CRM), including standardized processes/tools, and contribute to the development of new formats and retail training programs with Brand, Training, and Commercial teams. * Partner with Architecture, Marketing, Sales, Digital, Product Management, and external partners to ensure an integrated, on-brand customer experience across channels and in-store. As a Retail Manager you are responsible for building and driving retail excellence across ZEISS partner retail formats within the ZEISS Business Partner Program.
