You will be part of the global Quality and EHS organization at tesa and play a key role in governing and continuously improving product and production quality performance across assigned tesa organizations. In this role, you ensure the consistent application of quality standards, processes, and management systems while driving efficiency, harmonization, and compliance on a global scale. * Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Management Systems in line with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949, ensuring consistent application of quality policies, procedures, and best practices * Lead and coordinate global quality and process management initiatives, partnering with cross‑functional departments to define and implement harmonized processes * Extensive practical experience in quality management, preferably within a corporate, global, or multi‑site industrial environment
