You develop formats for Instagram and YouTube, sometimes even appearing in front of the camera yourself, and independently produce videos (reels, shorts, long-form content) – from concept and filming to editing. You're comfortable both in front of and behind the camera, familiar with filming, editing, and the usual tools, and have a strong visual sense. Nice to have: your own creator account with a community, experience with video editing (e.g. CapCut, Premiere) and your own equipment, YouTube experience (long form or shorts), background in energy, cleantech or fintech, basic knowledge of meta ads and experience in building a small in-house team (junior, working student).
