Maintenance & improvement of design and production engineering processes * Proficiency with design engineering tools such as NX, TeamCenter, Solidworks or similar - As a senior design engineer within the system integration team, you will find yourself at the heart of product design related efforts across Isar Aerospace. You will play a crucial role in getting our orbital launch vehicle designed and built. * Hardware design and development from concept to manufacturing drawings * Integration of designs into global assemblies * Providing general guidance for fluid hardware and secondary structures design o Defining and establishing design standards, best practices, and design documentation - o Reviewing designs and manufacturing drawings * Communication with the affected (e.g. production, assembly, other engineering departments) to ensure efficient development of products
