Help coordinate internal meetings, training sessions, and team events * Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other internal materials Systems & Data Support * Troubleshoot system issues and liaise with support teams when needed * Help monitor internal compliance with procedures, especially around data accuracy * Handle inbound enquiries professionally and direct them to appropriate team members Team Support & Coordination * Foster a supportive and collaborative team environment * Assist with periodic quality checks in collaboration with the compliance team * High attention to detail, particularly in documentation and data input * Positive team player with a proactive, problem-solving mindset - This is a varied position offering exposure to CRM, project management, and finance tools, as well as opportunities to get involved in social media, compliance, and team coordination.
