As a ServiceNow Platform Consultant / Expert (f/m/x), you will play a key role in designing, developing, and continuously improving our ServiceNow environment, with a focus on IT Service Management (ITSM). * Providing advanced platform support (Level 2/3), troubleshooting issues, and ensuring system stability, data integrity, and SLA compliance * Driving continuous improvement through upgrades, release management, documentation, and optimisation initiatives * 5+ years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform, ideally across development, architecture, consulting, or product management * Experience with ITOM capabilities such as Discovery, Service Mapping, or Event Management is a plus - In-house gym, various sports courses, massages, company medical and psychological care, workplace glasses, general health management
