From Europe, the organization manages sales activities across the European market, as well as REACH/CLP compliance, warehousing & logistics, customer service, and cross-regional business coordination. * Develop and expand customer relationships in the European coatings market * Independently develop new customers and manage existing accounts * Drive customer projects including sampling, testing, and commercialization * Support pricing, negotiations, and long-term customer development in cooperation with internal teams * 3–8+ years of experience in sales or technical sales of polymer additives or coatings raw materials * Good understanding of customer structures (formulators, purchasing, technical managers)
